Holdings Berhad
Fast Energy Holdings Berhad (FEHB), formerly known as Techfast Holdings Berhad, started operating in 2005. In the early years of our establishment, we acquired corporations that were principally involved in manufacturing. Having said that, we are now venturing forward into the alternative energy industry.
FEHB is an investment holding company with three wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Fast Energy Sdn Bhd, Fast Solar Sdn Bhd, Fast Assets Sdn Bhd and Fast Technology Sdn Bhd
In 2022, we acquired a 35% stake in Fast Marine Sdn Bhd (formally known as CCK Petroleum Sdn Bhd), a subsidiary company of FEHB to acquire a larger presence in the industry.
Now, we are striving towards becoming the leading supplier of sustainable and renewable energy in the Asia Pacific region, starting with our newest venture Fast Solar Sdn Bhd, which supports solar power as a cleaner and cost-effective energy solution.

Lim Wei Chuen joined Fast Energy Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Techfast Holdings Berhad) on 1 November 2020 as a Business Development Manager, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Finance (Hons), from Keele University.
In 2012, he started his career as an associate specialising in Corporate Advisory, Corporate Recovery and Management Consulting.
Subsequently, he was General Manager at a local bunker supplier before assuming the role of Business Development Manager at Fast Energy Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Techfast Holdings Berhad). He also manages the Company’s corporate affairs.
LU ENG SHEAN

Lu Eng Shean is the founder of Oriem Technology Sdn Bhd, which focuses on research, development and manufacturing of epoxy encapsulant materials for the optoelectronics industry.
He graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Polymer Technology from University Science Malaysia. Upon graduation, he started his career at National Semiconductor Sdn Bhd as a Moulding Engineer in 1994. Shortly after, he joined ASE Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd as Lead Engineer, which he left to become the founder of Cape Technology Sdn Bhd in that same year.
As an engineer, he specialises in the areas of Mould Development and Polymer Science Development, the key business areas of both companies. He developed the first Malaysian-owned formulation for mould cleaning and conditioning rubber sheets.
He is also involved in researching rubber compounding technology and its characteristics. He published a technical paper for his research in Polymer Journal, and served as Chairman of the Malaysia Rubber Board, Northern Region during 2003-2004. Since then, he has maintained close working relationships with the Malaysia Rubber Board and the Malaysia Rubber Export Council. He continues to be involved in the product and process improvement of rubber blending with University Science Malaysia.

Tan Neoh Chin joined Fast Energy Sdn Bhd on 1 November 2020. He holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Control Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
Prior to joining Fast Energy Sdn Bhd, he worked at Caltex Singapore Pte Ltd as an Operations Supervisor overseeing tanker bulk loadings and discharging operations. He subsequently joined Chevron Singapore Pte Ltd and several other petroleum trading companies before adopting the role of Operations Manager at Fast Energy Sdn Bhd.
